The Offshore LLC is like an LLP. LLC stands for Limited Liability Company. We have selected our main LLC’s below and would recommend both Nevis and Delaware. LLCs do not have directors. The members control the company and one member is sufficient to set up. Nevis LLC also require a company secretary. No requirements to keep annual accounts.
