UK Company formation for non residents including UK bank account

Company formation in the UK with low tax rates and excellent banking is becoming an excellent solution for international clients.

In the past it was not possible to set up bank accounts for non residents. However one offshore company through our partnership with a London accountancy practice are now able to provide this service.

After trying this new service with some exisiting clients we are pleased to announce this to the rest of our clients. It does involve coming to the UK to meet the bank and also signing up for accountancy service. However we guarantee if the bank account is not set up we will refund your money (less company formation cost)

We set up the bank account at a well know major international bank (not an emi)

Formation of the company is less than 1 week and bank account set up is a couple of weeks – its a fast process!
