Compliance requirements
We can only process an order once we have received and approved your compliance documents. Certified identification and proof of address are required for every director, shareholder and beneficial owner, together with information on the intended business activity and source of funds. We may decline an order that does not pass these checks.
A Hong Kong company must maintain statutory registers and accounting records as required by Hong Kong law. Owning a company outside your country of residence does not remove your tax or reporting obligations at home. We do not provide tax or legal advice, and you should take independent advice before ordering.
How it works
Place your order and complete your details, or contact us to pay by bank transfer. Send us your compliance documents for review. Once payment and compliance approval are both complete, we prepare and file the application through the licensed provider. When formation is complete, the corporate documents are sent to you by courier. Timescales depend on the Companies Registry and the licensed provider and are not guaranteed.
One Offshore Company is a trading name of Emford Global Limited, a private company. We are a professional services provider. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with the Government of Hong Kong, the Companies Registry, or the Inland Revenue Department.
A Hong Kong private limited company must be formed through the Companies Registry and requires a Hong Kong resident company secretary under the Companies Ordinance. Our service covers the work involved in getting there: we review your requirements, prepare the application, carry out the required due diligence, and manage the filing through a licensed provider.
Year two fees £1774 (we will send you a reminder when due) plus £75 compliance fee
