Ongoing costs
From year two the annual renewal is £450. This covers the registered office and agent. We send a reminder before it falls due.
Compliance requirements
We can only process an order once we have received and approved your compliance documents. Certified identification and proof of address are required for every designated member and beneficial owner, together with information on the intended business activity and source of funds. We may decline an order that does not pass these checks.
A UK LLP has ongoing statutory filing obligations with Companies House and HMRC. These include confirmation statements, accounts and tax returns. These obligations are your responsibility and are not covered by this service. Owning or being a member of a UK LLP does not remove your tax or reporting obligations in your own country of residence. We do not provide tax or legal advice, and you should take independent advice before ordering.
How it works
Place your order and complete your details, or contact us to pay by bank transfer. Send us your compliance documents for review. Once payment and compliance approval are both complete, we prepare and file the application with Companies House. When formation is complete, the corporate documents are delivered electronically and by courier. Timescales depend on Companies House processing times and are not guaranteed.

Our service covers the preparation work involved in forming a UK Limited Liability Partnership: we review your requirements, prepare the application and supporting documentation, carry out the required due diligence, and manage the filing with Companies House on your behalf. You will need to supply the names of all designated members in the Company Information Form.
